Choosing Road Running Shoes

Choosing Road Running ShoesRoad running shoes are made with highly shock-absorbent materials, and are suitable for running on hard surfaces. There are essentially three different kinds: neutral, stability and motion-control. Neutral shoes are well cushioned and flexible, designed for the person whose foot remains upright as they move through the stride. Stability shoes control over-pronation which is when the foot collapses inwards during running; the inside of the shoe is made of a denser material to hold the foot straight as you go forward. Motion control shoes are for the severe over-pronator: someone who needs maximum stability from a shoe.
