Just a quick note to thank you for putting on last nights barefoot running clinic. I really enjoyed it as did my running buddy I brought along. I will see how I get on especially with the brand new shiny five fingers I bought last night. I have to say, I think putting these events on is such a brilliant idea for promoting your shop. Your website and store are so much more than that, for me they are an experience too. Well done and keep up the great work.

London Marathon: A Month To Go, Time To Taper

This session will concentrate on a stretching routine for the Lower Back, Abdominals, Glutes, Hamstrings, Quads, ITB, Calf and Tibialis anterior muscles. Plus your chance to meet experienced sports physios Barry and Nathan and receive help and advice with any injuries or niggling aches and pains you might have.
