Simon Murphy: Physiotherapist, Pilates
Based in Hampstead, Simon is a very good physio with experience in sports, musculoskeletal physio, exercise rehabilitation, muscle energy techniques and acupuncture.
He is used to treating sports related injuries, having worked with Football and Rugby clubs, here in the UK and back in his homeland Australia, along with The Australian Institute of Sport and the Australian Men’s Hockey Team.
We have found him to be very effective in treatment and prescribing stretching and strengthening exercises, along with being understanding and easy to communicate with.
Simon’s clinic also offers Pilates specifically designed for preventative or rehabilitative programmes.
Currently works Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays and plans to increase to more days soon. You can usually get an appointment within a couple of days.
