Run and Become is proud to offer support to a number of local events, through sponsorship and donation of prizes. These races include the Cardiff Half Marathon, Rose Inn 4 Mile Series, Offas Orror, Welsh Castles Relay, Ras Guto Nyth Bran, BMF 10k, Gower Triathlon and many others! We also organise the Self Transcendence Race Series each summer in Pontcanna Fields & Bute Park, which are short races ideal for beginners. As sponsorship partners of Welsh Athletics, we also produce the annual WA Yearbook with details of every WA sanctioned race in Wales. We also provide a free email newsletter, which includes details of all the key local events and is sent out every two months or so, for which you can sign up through the link in the sidebar of this page. Because of actions by the authorities beyond our control we have had to cancel all our Cardiff Self-Transcendence Races this year. Our 4 races will continue again next year. Thank you for your continued support.
Redwick, Cardiff, Tuesday evenings
The popular Rose Inn Series is a series of 4 4-mile road races on Tuesday evenings in May, June, July and August. They start from the Rose Inn at Redwick (off M4, J23A).

Blackweir, Cardiff, Saturdays 9am
All participants of Cardiff Parkrun run for their own enjoyment. Come and join in the race whatever your pace. It's you against the clock! The Cardiff 5km Parkrun takes place every Saturday at 9am at Blackweir in Cardiff. It's free but you must register in advance. The run is entirely organised by volunteers. Every week after the run the participants grab a post Parkrun coffee at Tesco Extra. Come and join in!

Tredegar House, Newport, Saturdays 9am
The Newport Parkrun takes place every Saturday at 9am in the grounds of Tredegar House. The run is free. You must register in advance.áAfter the run, organisers and runners gather for coffee at the Brewhouse Cafe in the main courtyard of Tredegar House.
